All platinum prints are hand coated on 100% acid-free cotton paper using a solution blending platinum and palladium.  The images in the gallery include the whole coated area because some people like to include this area when displaying hand-coated prints.  Since each print is indfiviually hand-coated the pattern of the coating area varies and the image on the website is only an example of what the coated area looks like.  The given image size is the size of the image only and does not includ the whole coated area.
